Course selection and application

With so many schools and universities to choose from in Malaysia, deciding where and what to study and finding out how to apply for the best chance of acceptance can be difficult. Studyinmalayisa.org 's experienced counsellors are experts at understanding your study goals and finding the best course that matches your ambitions. Our team is backed by a sophisticated knowledge matching system that contains all the latest information on our partner universities and institutions. All of this is done online at the comfort of your home and the time of your convenience- our expert counsellor will call you via Skype, Whatsapp, or Chat with you online to aid you through the whole process.

Relatable and approachable

Studyinmalayisa.org 's experienced counsellors understand your study goals. In fact, many of our counsellors have themselves been international students, so they really can relate to you.

Speak your preferred language

Our team is as diverse as our customers, so if you prefer to speak your first language, we probably have someone on the team who can do that with you. We have counsellors from Myanmar, Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Malaysia, Australia, Kenya, Nigeria, and Uganda.

What should you expect?

When you first chat with us, your counsellor will discuss about:

  • your education and qualifications, interests, timeline, budget and career goals

  • courses that match your needs

  • the application process

  • your visa and eligibility

  • Scholarships, if you are an eligible candidate

Submitting your study applications

Your studyinmalayisa.org counsellor will submit your applications on your behalf. We will supply the institution course application documents and institution program guides; compile your applications and certify supporting documents. We will then take care of sending your application to your university or institution of choice. You may be invited to also chat and meet education institution representatives who will assess your application and determine your eligibility for the course.

Response from the study provider

You will receive a response from the institution or university within 2-6 weeks of your application being submitted. When you’re offered a place in a course, you will receive an offer letter directly from the University.

Acceptance and payment

If there are no conditions on your offer letter, you may accept the offer immediately. Examples of conditions that could be specified include supplying a new IELTS test result, supplying an academic transcript of the recently completed study, or supplying certified documents. Payments with a deposit being paid directly to the institution or university that has made the offer. Your counsellor will guide you through this process to help make it easy. Remember we do not take any payments for our advice, and our help, you just have to pay the tuition fees directly to the University.
